Arturas is a professional chef who started his journey learning to cook at college in Lithuania - his country of birth.
Arturas came to London in 2010 and was presented with the opportunity to develop his skills in top restaurants learning different cuisines including English, French and Italian, and working for different famous chefs, Heston Blumenthal being amongst them.
Arturas passion is in healthy, fresh and seasonal food, well balanced with flavours and textures leading to the creation of his own unique menu items.
Arturas has worked in some of London’s leading restaurants including the Mandarin Oriental, The Kalm Kitchen, The Madison, and 5* Hotels.
